After being attacked on an away mission, Picard dies and meets Q in the afterlife who offers him the chance to change a crucial moment in his history and prevent the mistakes he made in his youth.

The researchers agree that these results are not absolute because many factors have simply been disregarded, for example: type of training, demographic situation, lifestyle of the participants. These factors also have a significant impact on the condition of the cardiovascular system.
